We do not have an office in Flagstaff, and you do not need us to. Every one of our therapists is licensed across Arizona and meets by secure video or by phone — no drive down I-17, no waiting to see who has an opening in town.

Snow on the roads is a good reason to miss an appointment you have to drive to, and no reason at all to miss one you do not. Your session happens whatever the pass looks like.
Northern Arizona is enormous and thin on providers. From Flagstaff, Sedona, Williams, Page or Winslow, the trip to your therapist is the same either way: a link and an hour.
Semesters end, seasons turn, people go home for a few months. Your therapist and your appointment stay the same anywhere in the state.
Explore a focus area, or let us match you.
Our offices are in the Phoenix metro, but where a therapist sits has nothing to do with whether they are right for you. All of them work by video, and by phone if you would rather. One of our therapists, Lorena Valle, sees clients in Spanish.

Nothing about the price changes because you are meeting online. We are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare/Optum, and your copay works exactly as it would at an office visit. Self-pay starts at $50 a session.
We are not an AHCCCS provider. If AHCCCS is your coverage, we are not the right practice for you, and we would rather say so here than after you have spent a week waiting on us. We check your benefits for free before your first session either way.
We are a therapy practice, not an emergency service, and we are not staffed around the clock. If you need someone tonight, these people are there.
A 1-minute form, a same-business-day reply, and a therapist you can see from anywhere in northern Arizona.
