The Healing Effect is a private practice that offers a unique clinical approach to address patients' mental health needs. Stefanny Balestracci, MA, LPC has 14 years of experience and founded the practice in 2019. Whether patients are presenting with depression, anxiety, crippling self-esteem, or blurred lines in relationships, our licensed therapists provide the tools and skills to navigate patients' inner world, in alignment with their values and present-day purpose.
Our licensed therapists utilize an array of techniques to assist in the comfort of all patients. We have licensed social workers, licensed counselors, licensed family and marriage therapists and peer support. We use EMDR, Brain Spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Therapy and more! We treat children, adolescents, adults and families.
We have offices in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Chandler. We accept Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and private pay.
