How our matching tool works

Finding the right therapist matters as much as deciding to start. The Healing Effect's online matching tool narrows our team of 19 therapists to the ones who fit what you need, your insurance, and how you want to meet, in person in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Mesa, or by telehealth anywhere in Arizona. It takes about a minute, you can skip anything you're not sure about, and as far as we know, it's the first tool of its kind at any Valley practice.

Rather talk it through with a person? Text or call 602-698-5777 or send the form. Our care team matches people every day, and you can name any therapist who caught your eye.

Questions about getting matched

Is the matching tool private?

Yes. You can use the whole tool without entering your name or any contact information. Nothing is tied to you until you decide to send the form and share your details.

How does The Healing Effect match me with a therapist?

The tool matches you by what you're coming in for, who therapy is for, insurance, and how you want to meet. From there, our care team knows every therapist's focus areas and style, so a real person confirms the fit before you book.

Do I have to use the matching tool to book?

Not at all. Most people call or send the contact form, tell us what's going on, and our care team matches them personally. If you already know who you want, name them in the form and we'll start there.
