What if their plan isn't listed?
We'll check their out-of-network benefits first. If they're covered, they pay our self-pay rate and we provide a monthly superbill they can submit to their plan. Reimbursement depends on the plan.
Can they choose their therapist?
Yes. They can browse our therapists and ask for someone by name, based on availability, or let our office match them.
Do you provide crisis care?
No, we're outpatient only. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. For immediate danger, call 911.
