Anthony D'Elia - Owner, Managing Partner

Dr. Mindi D’Elia began her career as a high school teacher before transitioning to dentistry and ultimately specializing in pediatric care. For over a decade, she has focused on creating welcoming, anxiety-sensitive environments where children of all abilities and backgrounds feel safe, supported, and empowered—especially those with developmental differences or unique sensory needs.

Mindi brings that same intentionality and warmth to her leadership at The Healing Effect. She is a strong advocate for mental health access and believes in cultivating spaces where people of every identity feel seen, respected, and free to show up as themselves. As a clinician, she is a fierce defender of clinical autonomy and believes therapists should be trusted and supported in how they care for clients.

Mindi's work is grounded in empathy, inclusivity, and the belief that healing begins with being truly heard. She is committed to building a practice where both clients and clinicians feel welcome, affirmed, and valued for who they are.

Anthony D'Elia - Owner, Managing Partner

Anthony D’Elia brings over 15 years of executive leadership experience, most recently in healthcare administration, where he saw firsthand how bureaucracy and toxic workplace culture can drain clinicians and impact the care clients receive. That insight shaped his vision for The Healing Effect: a behavioral health practice built with intention—a place where both clients and therapists feel valued, supported, and safe to be themselves.

Anthony leads with integrity, transparency, and deep respect for the work therapists do every day. He believes that when clinicians are trusted, empowered, and encouraged to bring their full, authentic selves to their work, they’re able to build stronger connections and deliver more effective care. His approach prioritizes reducing unnecessary burdens, fostering open communication, and creating long-term opportunities for growth.

At The Healing Effect, Anthony is focused on building a culture where therapists are proud of where they work and confident in how they practice. It’s a space where people feel genuinely welcomed, supported in their purpose, and able to do meaningful work that helps others heal.
