Alex Levitan is the lead Psychologist and Clinical Supervisor for The Healing Effect. He is also a Clinical Director of Levitan & Associates Psychological Services where he is responsible for organizing and overseeing all providers and programs within the agency. He also offers clinical training and supervision for both associate and pre-licensed mental health providers, interns, and residents. Outside of his responsibilities with The Healing Effect and LAPS, Dr. Levitan also provides individual counseling, clinical and forensic evaluations, and psychological consultations for various nonprofit organizations including state and local hospitals, veterans’ health services, and the department of child safety.
