In network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare/Optum, plus transparent self-pay rates. Serving Arizona since 2019. Five offices — three in Phoenix, one in Mesa, one in Scottsdale — every visit by appointment. Telehealth is available to anyone located in Arizona, including evenings and weekends, and offers everything the offices do. 18 licensed clinicians and clinicians-in-training, including a Spanish-speaking therapist. Insurance: in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. **Not an AHCCCS provider.** Self-pay per individual session: $50 with a graduate intern, $125 with an associate-licensed therapist, $175 with an independently licensed therapist.
